Many Veterans are discouraged from applying for this benefit as they are frequently told they do not qualify. Two of the most common false statements are "your income is too high to qualify" and "your net worth exceeds the maximum limit set by the VA."

Once all of the information is gathered I will arrange to have a VA Accredited Claim Agent help prepare the claim paperwork. Our best case yet was a claim being processed and approved by the VA in six days! Typically claims are processed between three to six months.
